A poem by Imogen Massey about freedom
A quieter, more sensitive,
Understanding me,
Is the me who at the moment
I am trying to be;
To rid my life of gossip
And dangerous jealousy;
To set my soul and my heart free;
To make more of an effort to
Look after me;
To become the person whom
I long to see
When I look in the mirror and see
Her glancing back at me.
And maybe then can every part of me
Be completely, absolutely,
F r e e…
