A poem by Dami Atkinson about the state of society

When the wind blows
We swing low
The toxic waste in the street shows
In this not so united kingdom we limbo
To the underground that the fiends go
To the junkies that love the deep snow
Up and down days like a see-saw
A stable economy that we wish for
And did we all
Pray for peace with each drop of rain we see
But the sun seems to never see us
Now we live cold with a stone island sleeve on
But we keep strong
The mess we made is back with a big storm
Now tell me if this a united kingdom of a
Diseased steady flow
