Become a Trustee at Exposure: where digital creativity transforms young lives

Are you passionate about championing young people’s voices, wellbeing and the power of digital platforms for good?

After three decades at the forefront of youth-led digital media in North London, Exposure is inviting two new Trustees to bring their expertise, energy and insight to support our next exciting chapter. Together we will harness digital literacy to promote young people’s mental health, wellbeing and future employability.

About Exposure
Exposure is a multi-award-winning charity, working with over 200 young people each year. 95% of participants report improved wellbeing after engaging in our programmes. We combine personalised mentorship with tailored training and support. Young people develop confidence, leadership skills and employability by creating podcasts, films, graphics, digital campaigns and creative writing — tackling issues from mental health and inequality to identity and relationships, challenging narratives and shaping conversations that matter.
